| Norman Borland, from the lovely area of Fanad in Co. Donegal, is a name that is making a big impact in the world of country music in his homeland of Ireland and in Scotland . In 2007 after encouragement from Pio McCann at Highland Radio, who was highly impressed with the quality of his voice Norman went into the studio and recorded his debut solo album Cross Country, a fourteen track collection recorded at Stealth Recording Studio in Glasgow and includes ever-popular country titles from “I Need You” to “Working Man” and from “I'll Waltz You Home” to “Ashes of Love”. A year on his follow up album "One in a Million" was released, a collection of 15 great songs including two new songs – “One In A Million” and the catchy "Far Away", other tracks including “Some Days are Diamonds”, “Back Home Again”, “Love Without End Amen”, “Blueridge Mountain Girl”, and “The Same Way You Came In”.
